He greeted us with a friendly smile, offered thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated impressive knowledge of the menu. His timing was flawless—checking in often enough to ensure everything was perfect, yet giving us plenty of space to savor our meal and conversation. The steaks were cooked precisely to order, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Every detail, from the appetizers to the sides and drinks, reflected quality and care. Frank made us feel valued and appreciated throughout the entire evening, turning a great meal into a truly memorable experience. We left already looking forward to our next visit.
Took the mother in law for her birthday, it was everyone's first time. We got prime rib, the chicken marsala and a few other dishes. I mention those though because they were just absolutely perfect. The risotto was fantastic with the chicken, and the steak was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend coming here, it is worth the price, they nail the quality. We will be returning!
The restaurant atmosphere lacks positive energy it’s very sad feeling when you enter ,no music no colors no ,plants no lights just like a horse stable or warehouse . I ordered $40 salmon that comes with no sides. The female server looked at me and my husband funny because we asked if it comes with a side and when I said I am good, I don’t want a side I will get dessert, the server kept staring at me making me feel embarrassed , uncomfortable and cheap!! However , we don’t pay a fortune to eat only , we pay to get service and feel special . People come to fancy restaurant for the experience not only to eat! The restaurant is very dark I felt I am sitting in a warehouse of wine . The servers sounded unmotivated. First time I visited the restaurant before you change the decor, I felt like royalty and the server was so happy there was some lights inside and a bar and we left so happy .even the food came with side then . I remember paying $300 with $40 tip with a big smile because of the royal experience . Here I come Nashville pricey restaurants with jazz music and happy decor .
We had a great time for my sons graduation dinner. The host, Carlos, is always so welcoming! I really appreciated the kind words from our server (i think it was Tony? Sorry! He's in APSU for Psychology). Everything we ate was cooked perfectly!
It was great!!! The host.Carlos.. hostesses..our waiter Frank were ALL AMAZING!! Made a reservation for a "cozy spot"... it was perfect. Felt like a 👸 👑 queen and king 🤴 ✨️ the food was Delicious and outstanding but could've been a little warmer but still a great experience!! Definitely going back!!! The staff was amazing!! Restaurant was dimly lit to provide a sensual ambiance, although it is connected to the casino it did not smell like smoke. The food was brought up quickly and everything was top knotch. I will say I wish the entrees came with sides but you have to buy it separately. Complimentary dinner rolls and butter was a pleasant treat. You just order their desserts!!
Best kept secrets! OMG! Up until now I thought Kayne Prime had some of the best meat in Nashville area. I'm still a fan, but got my socks knocked off on the way back from Paducah! Not much to choose from on a holiday. Oak Grove, KY gaming! Here's the kicker! Garrison Oak Steakhouse, a classy change of pace! Completely off the chain! A server (Mario), who was so good of waiter, explained the dishes, and was a complete joy to have as a server ! Food A+, definitely giving Kayne Prime a run for it's money! Note: at half the price. Casual dress is fine, and they treat you like a King. Just an hour above Nashville, well worth the drive. Don't miss eating here! I love it! Ask for Mario, he has personality plus! The food is always great. Christmas Day it was a buffet which included beef tenderloin, trout, smoked pork tenderloin, turkey, macaroni and cheese, green beans, carrots, mashed potatoes, oyster, shrimp and muscle bar, along with fruit and salad bar. This is a 5 star with some caveats…it’s considerably more expensive than equivalents in the area. However, our steaks were cooked very well, and that’s all you really care about. The potato and bread were really good. My cocktail was a little light on the alcohol, but overall, this was a really positive experience. Note: you need a reservation, especially on weekends. But if you forget, you can eat at the bar or high tops w same menu.
From the moment we got to the host stand to leaving everybody was so attentive and sweet. Our server Mario was so nice and on top of everything. The food runner was also nice! This was my Husband and I first time here for our anniversary and we will definitely be back! We loved the food and drinks. The restaurant it self was nice and relaxing. I love that it’s not a super big restaurant like places in Nashville because you really get that one on one experience. All of the staff is super knowledgeable in the menu and drinks, honestly could ask for better people working there. My husband and I even joked that we bet it’s like the show The Bear in there background because of how on point everybody was lol. 10/10 would eat there again, everything was perfect and everybody gave us a wonderful experience.
